Made from recycled plastic soda bottles, the plastic is converted to soft tubular threads of plastic (similar to lanyard, yet tubular) and woven in a flat weave. This lightweight rug is thin (less than 1/4" thick), has the flat weave of a mat and does not have the pile of a rug. Due to the intricacy of the weave and the design, it's hard to tell that this is made from plastic until you're close enough to touch!
Made for indoor or outdoor use and is fade resistant as well as mildew resistant. Easy to clean by simply shaking it and hosing it down!
